Our guest is Professor Kelly Reynolds of the University of Arizona. She discusses her new research sponsored by the Water Quality Research Foundation in which she examines point-of use-filters from households to see what kind of contaminants can be found in the filters. It's the first study to come out of the WQRF Research Grant program.

"Our primary goal is to show the benefit of POU devices and household water treatment, and we think this kind of study will provide a very clear picture to the public."

Kelly joined us at the Pacific Water Quality Association.

Plus, we'll have a Regulatory update, and we'll talk about how to apply for WQA's new Excellence award (wqa.org/excellence).
