WQA's interim Product Certification Director and Technical Affairs Director Eric Yeggy joins us to talk about 3 current research projects underway at the Water Quality Research Foundation.

The research includes the Benchmarking Study which looks at alternative devices for removal of scale, a study being conducted with the American Home Appliance Manufacturer's Association on counterfeit products and a study using Point-of-Use filters as a data collection device.
