Our guest is Christina Devine, researcher at Virginia Tech University, talking about the WQRF anti-scaling benchmarking study and the potential impact it could have for consumers when it comes to buying water treatment products.
"The end goal is that if we have this protocol, these different anti-scaling devices can be tested for this protocol, and consumers would be able to determine what anti-scaling device would work best for their situation, depending on how hard their water or what specific issues they're having with scaling in their system," said Devine.
We talked with Devine at the WQA Convention & Exposition in Denver. She was there to accept this year’s Honorary Member award on behalf of Dr. Marc Edwards.
