In this podcast, we'll get an overview of the education sessions at the upcoming WQA Convention & Exposition, March 28-31 in Orlando. It's "Prime Time" to be in the water treatment industry.
"We seem to be in touch with health officials and regulators and and the news media almost on a daily basis with everything that's been in the news on water quality," said Tanya Lubner, our guest in this week's podcast. Lubner, PhD, is the Director of Education and Professional Certification at WQA. "We want our industry professionals to be ready." Sessions at the convention include topics such as the effectiveness of point-of-use filters for treating lead, how to size treatment systems, how water treatment providers can help schools and hospitals and understanding "The Connected Home." Also this year, WQA will release the results of its latest national study of consumers' opinions and perceptions about water quality. Not yet registered for the convention. Register today!
